Need advise on toys. I see many large toy being used and was wondering what they do to your butthole. I can see they are stretched, but do they still work and hold as they should. I would like to try bigger toys but I am worried. Any info would be helpful

I think the secret is start small and slowly build your way up to larger toys/objects.
P.S. Make sure you use plenty of lube. :wink:

Star small and use plenty of lube, make sure you are clean before and after wont be long till you can use toys like mine, my biggest is 11.5" around, but my ass shrinks back to normal afterwards. It helps if you clench your butt juscles for ten seconds a few times a day, it will strengthen them.

Message Will stretch permanently.. 
You have to expect that your anus will stretch somewhat permanently if you keep up stuffing it. The skin will become looser and if you have soft poo you may lose some. (Yuk). The pleasures of being stuffed to the full may compensate for this Wink.
