Being quite new here and watching mostly vid clips from the U.K. I keep seeing the exact same clips being used time and time again I also know that the more vids you put on the higher your index is giving you free access to other bits of the site.

Is that right ? I mean people are changing the name slightly then added it again like its some sort of new clip we havent seen before bumping up their index to even greater levels.

Surely someone is approving the clips before they get added to the site and i know they may not be able to remember every vid posted but if you are getting the same person posting clips almost every day then if I can spot the same clip then the powers that be should also be able to spot them ?
