Sometimes there's a delay of 2 days when I've uploaded a video and it finally gets posted. It appears there is some problem with the site as no new ones are posted for quite a while (like today). Then pages of uploads appear at once, all getting small numbers of views because so many have appeared at once. If there is a problem, why can't you put a message on your 'Latest' banner at the top of the page, instead of encouraging people to carry on uploading. Also why can't videos be added in a steady stream throughout the day instead of large block?
